Square and rectangular pipes

Profile pipes look slightly different than the VGP pipes. They are hollow rods of square or rectangular cross-section, otherwise known as square or rectangular pipes. Square pipes are almost never used for installation of engineering communications. They are used as construction fittings, which is why they are called profile fittings.

A rectangular pipe differs from a square pipe only in its cross-section area and sometimes in its thickness. A square tube differs from the usual round one by its low weight, so it is successfully used in frame and connecting parts of buildings.

Rectangular and square pipes, as well as conventional ones, are divided into different types according to the method of production – hot-rolled, cold-rolled, seamless, electric-welded. Moreover, hot-rolled or otherwise hot-formed pipes become a preform for the manufacture of cold-rolled pipes. Due to its universal shape, square and rectangular pipes of profile type are used not only in the internal frame structures of buildings, but also in their external decoration

• cold-formed seamless pipes - from 4.5 to 9 m
• electric-welded-from 5 to 9 mdlins,
• multiple dimensional:
• seamless hot-formed - from 4 to 12.5 m with an allowance for each cut of 5 mm
• seamless cold-formed - from 1.5 to 9 m with an allowance for each cut of 5 mm
• electrowelded-any multiplicity that does not exceed the lower limit set for measuring pipes.
