Sucker rod elevators automatic ЭША 10-16/19, ЭША 10-19/22, ЭША 10-25/28
ЭША type elevators are similar to Oil Country elevators for heavy-duty pumping rods. The Elevator design provides automatic locking of the rod when it is inserted into the Elevator mouth. Ensuring safe operation with elevators is achieved by introducing a two-way tidal line into the structure, and a two-way stop for it into the body, which creates a tipping moment of the required direction. A spring-loaded latch is provided for emergency holding of the pump rods. For convenience in operation, the latches are driven by either of two pairs of levers located on opposite sides of the Elevator housing.
Automatic rod elevators of the ASH type, with a load capacity of 10t are designed to capture the under-Elevator shaft and hold the column of pumping rods by weight in accordance with GOST 13877-80 with a nominal size from SHN 16 to SHN 28 during descent and lifting operations, drilling and repair of oil field wells. Elevators are intended for use in moderate and cold climate areas according to GOST 16350-70. Placement category-first according to GOST 15150-69
